Working with Rita was a fantastic experience! We were first time home buyers and didn´t live in Tennessee at the time we purchased our home, which added to the difficult process of selecting a home. We put our house on the market early thinking it would take a few months to sell it. We contacted Rita about selling our home and we got a big surprise. Within a week of it being on the market, we had at least 10 people who wanted to see it and three offers! My wife and I first met Rita when we were moving to Memphis from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Immediately, Rita made us feel very comfortable. My husband and I met Rita after having a horrible experience with another realtor. We couldn´t believe how helpful she was to us when we began the search for our new home. She was there to walk us through all the steps of the purchase, which was great because we were first time home buyers. We stayed in our home for about four years and then because of a job transfer we needed to sell. Initially, although we really wanted to list our home with Rita, we decided to go with a different realtor who had a lower commission and also claimed they would be able to get us either a lease-purchase or tenants in a very short time. However, once again, we had a horrible experience with the new realtor, let the realtor go, and asked Rita if she could help us. Because we had already moved out of state by that time, Rita helped coordinate with many contractors as various issues popped up with our home. Hello Rita, Just wanted to let you know how much I am absolutely LOVING my new home!!!
