She was extremely professional in every way but had the human touch that sometimes is missing. To relate all of her positive qualities, I would have to write a book. I was able to buy my first home 5 years ago with Rita´s help. Rita was very helpful to me in my search for a new house. At first, I had no idea how to really go about looking for the home I wanted, it was my first house. On our first tour together most of the homes I saw were not to my liking. Rita explained how to read the home listings better and after I told her what I was looking for, she put together a group of homes in the range of my criteria. Rita was never pushy about buying anything and was always willing and available to answer questions. The home, I have now, is very nice and will have good resale value whenever I choose to leave.I would use Rita again or recommend her to anyone looking for a new home.

In 1999 Rita had just finished getting her Real Estate license and I was her first client. So we started on the journey of finding the perfect house.
